Our Gardens
|
Palm Grove is a
landscaped valley hidden from the main Kerikeri Road. Its not until you round
the corner and dip down the first slope that the individual cottages and their
gardens come into view.
Each cottage has its
own name, separate character and outdoor living space.
The centrepiece of the
park-like multi-acre site is a small lake with lilies, gently sheltered with a
variety of palms and trees.
Each cottage is angled
differently from the others, allowing great privacy; each cottage can barely be
seen from any other.
The established, mature
sub-tropical gardens were carefully landscaped and planted with low-maintenance
plants in the belief that the serene beauty of these easy-care gardens makes for
a more relaxed stay for visitors.
